Joe Stoffer is a business development executive in Employers Health’s Canton office. In this role, he works with employers, plan sponsors and their benefits teams to assist them in identifying and providing employees and their dependents with high-quality benefits at a sustainable cost.
Joe began his career at Employers Health as a client solutions executive working with EH clients and their benefits teams to achieve their goals by providing proactive and collaborative support when working with pharmacy, vision, dental and other benefits providers. Prior to joining Employers Health, Joe worked as a product manager in the automotive industry. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business economics, cum laude, from The College of Wooster where he was a four-year letterman on the school’s football team. He obtained his master of engineering management (MEM), with a focus in leadership, from Ohio University’s Russ School of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, Joe is a graduate of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Case Western Reserve University and is currently working toward his MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
