David Uldricks, J.D., LL.M.
Responsible for managing Employers Health’s PBM contracting, Dave plays a key role serving both clients and the organization by providing support across all organizational functions.
Prior to joining Employers Health, David worked as the first director of industry relations for SXC Health Solutions (now OptumRx), and director of operations for Pharmaceutical Horizons. In both roles, he was responsible for the development, implementation and efficient operation of pharmaceutical formulary and rebate management programs, including pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracting, rebate acquisition operations, rebate allocation and disbursement and P&T committee operations. David also has previous experience in the consulting, insurance and pharmaceuticals industries.
Dave graduated with honors from Ohio University, and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Legum Magister (LL.M.) from the Capital University School of Law.
