As Vice President of Sales, Sarah wears many hats. She’s not just an integral member of Quantum Health’s client-facing team; she also weighs in on company decisions and market strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, assists the growth of Quantum’s sales presence by planning for other teams within the sales organization and paves the way for new sales leaders.

Sarah joined the Quantum team as an account manager, quickly ascended to client executive and after a few years she became director of sales operations prior to her current role. As director of sales operations, she managed reporting and analysis of sales metrics, providing leadership to account executives, forecasting sales, setting goals and overseeing sales on-boarding and training to optimize the effectiveness of the Quantum Health sales force.

Her career trajectory with Quantum has been organic: with each role, she took on more and more responsibility, innovating the entire sales organization along the way. Sarah is widely recognized for her superior client retention, unmatched work ethic and high-energy, cerebral approach.

A graduate of Xavier University’s Williams College of Business, Sarah now lives in Columbus with her husband, who shares her love of travel, fitness and hiking in the great outdoors.
