As a member of the Account Management team, Jay supports member employers by managing vendor relationships and providing daily support. By working with employers to understand their essential business needs, Jay is able to provide ongoing customer service, oversight, and heightened levels of satisfaction for Employers Health members.
Prior to joining Employers Health, Jay worked in Account Management at EnvisionRX Options. Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron.
