Matt Davis

Vice President, Specialty Sales at UnitedHealthcare National Accounts

As Vice President of Specialty Sales, Matt has overall accountability for the distribution of our Specialty Benefits products in National Accounts for the South Central Region and for The Collaborative Venture Group (CVG) Nationwide. He collaborates across the organization to achieve revenue and profit goals through new business sales of stand-alone specialty products and integrated medical/specialty opportunities. 

Matt has been in the benefits industry for 10 years selling Ancillary, Worksite, Absence Management, Executives Benefits and Benefit Administration to Small, Medium and Larger employers. He maintained top 10 status nationwide in sales each year. 

Carolynn Morizzo

Vice President Diversified Growth Markets​ at UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits

Carolynn Morizzo holds over 26 years of health care industry experience with expertise in research, product development, sales and execution of health care solutions. Carolynn is passionate about transforming health care through innovation, team collaboration and client engagement. In her role as Vice President of Diversified Growth Markets within UHC Specialty Benefits, she offers seasoned leadership in health care consumerism, digital solutions, emerging market development, government programs and broad experience with both domestic and international insurance.  

Today Carolynn is responsible for research and development of emerging Specialty Benefits products and offerings as well as formulating and executing coordinated business strategies and operational plans to ensure the diversification and growth across our National commercial insurance portfolio. This position is uniquely constructed to allow UHC Specialty Benefits to position itself at the ‘tip of the spear’ in offering solutions for customers and members that do not yet exist in the UnitedHealthcare portfolio which will complement and accelerate core medical and specialty products. 

Carolynn has experience working with new product offerings and network arrangements, leveraging technology and simplified experiences to maximize consumer engagement. Her career trajectory has always included an emphasis on consumer-centric solutions, supporting the business goals of customers in employer, payer and provider markets.
