Speaker Details

Eric Dublikar, MBA

Director, Business Development, Employers Health

In his role, Eric consults with prospective member organizations on how they can benefit from Employers Health’s array of resources and solutions, including the $1 billion group purchasing solution for PBM services. Previously, Eric worked in Employers Health’s marketing and communications department, where he was responsible for brand management, message development and business development support.

Before joining Employers Health, Eric worked at a large health system in multiple roles ranging from human resources to public relations. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Xavier University and an MBA from The University of Akron.

From a community perspective, Eric served as the 2013 chairman of ystark!, which is the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce’s young professionals initiative. He is currently a board member on the Stark County Catholic High Schools Board of Directors.

Josh Pedrozo, MBA, CEBS

Senior Director, Client Solutions and Team Lead, Employers Health

Josh serves as a senior director of client solutions and team lead working to achieve high engagement, high satisfaction and retention with clients. In his role, Josh collaborates with employers to ensure critical goals are met within their benefit plans.

Josh has more than ten years of experience in client solutions and previously worked at EnvisionRx. He is a graduate of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program, through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), Leadership Stark County Spotlight program and obtained a bachelor’s in communications with highest honors while minoring in business management and sociology at Grove City College and his MBA from Fitchburg State University. Josh currently serves on the Board of Directors at NAMI Stark County.
