Mike Stull

Chief Strategy Officer, Employers Health

As chief strategy officer, Mike’s primary focus is on strengthening the Employers Health brand and growing membership, particularly in the coalition’s 25-year, $1.5 billion group purchasing program for pharmacy benefits.

Outside of Employers Health, Mike represents employer and plan sponsor interests in the local community and regional efforts aimed at improving the health care delivery system. To that end, Mike has served on numerous non-profit boards and was also elected to the corporate board of directors of Delta Dental of Ohio beginning in 2016. In 2019, he was selected to the yStark! 20 Under 40 Class recognizing young professionals for their accomplishments and work in the community.

Mike earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio and his MBA from Walsh University. He previously served as an adjunct instructor at Walsh University, teaching health care policy and has served in his local church as Elder, Finance Chair, as well as a leader for its Youth Ministries.

Kelly DiNardo, GBA, CBC

Senior Director, Client Solutions, Employers Health

As a member of the client solutions team, Kelly works closely with Employers Health clients to provide strategic oversight of their benefit programs. Kelly is responsible for managing vendor and consultant relationships, coordinating plan implementations and collaborating with employers to deliver innovative solutions.

Kelly’s previous experience includes working as a benefits consultant. She specialized in strategizing with employers on developing innovative solutions to create employee benefit programs that support each client’s overall business goals while containing costs.

Kelly earned her psychology degree from the University of Missouri. She is a licensed Chartered Benefit Consultant and holds her Life, Accident and Health Insurance license.

Matthew Harman, PharmD, MPH

Vice President, Clinical Solutions, Employers Health

As vice president of clinical solutions, Matt works to monitor, evaluate and improve the pharmacy plan performance of the Employers Health $1.5 billion PBM group purchasing programs with CVS, OptumRx, and Elixir. He works proactively with the organization’s more than 250 member employers to provide clinical information and strategies to help reduce health care spend and positively influence the health of more than 3 million individuals.

Matt founded the Employers Health managed care pharmacy residency program and currently serves as the director. Additionally, he manages and executes the organization’s flu immunization program which administers flu vaccines to thousands of individuals annually at their workplace.

He currently serves on the board of directors for the Health Policy Institute of Ohio, the pharmacy committee for Beacon Charitable Pharmacy and is a member of the Society for Women’s Health Research – Migraine Network Healthcare Opinion Leaders and Decision Makers.

Matt earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky where he co-founded an Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy student chapter and served as the inaugural president. While obtaining his PharmD, he enrolled in the College of Public Health to obtain a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Service Management. Matt completed his residency training at The Ohio State University Health Plan, which expanded his knowledge and skills in managed care pharmacy.

Kevin Wenceslao, PharmD

Clinical Advisor, Employers Health

Kevin works closely with the vice president of clinical solutions to serve as a clinical resource for our members’ benefit professionals on topics of new drugs, plan design recommendations and overall trends. Furthermore, he assists in delivering flu shots as part of the Employers Health Flu Immunization Program, as well as mentoring pharmacy students completing their rotations at Employers Health.

Kevin obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University in 2018 and his bachelor’s degree in biology from Iowa State University in 2013. Kevin has worked in various pharmacy settings ranging from retail, specialty, to telepharmacy where he provided Medication Therapy Management services to patients throughout the nation. During his time at OSU, he was an active member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy where he participated in Pharmacy & Therapeutics competitions.
