About The Event

The events of the past 18 months have taken an unprecedented toll on the well-being of employees and organizations alike. Speaker Details

Erin Starkey, LCSW

Health and Wellness Programs Manager, ComPsych

Ms. Starkey brings more than 10 years of experience in the behavioral health industry to her role as Health and Wellness Programs Manager, where she is responsible for the oversight of ComPsych’s wellness and digital self-care offerings. A licensed counselor and clinician, Erin has previously served as a ComPsych account manager as well as the director of mental health support for a youth and family services organization and held similar roles for other Chicago-area organizations.

Erin holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Cultural Studies from Western Washington University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois. From her graduate studies focused on holistic health care interventions, to developing community and school based wellness programs, Ms. Starkey has strived in her career to bring light to the importance of breaking down the silos between mental health and physical health services; addressing the holistic needs of individuals and communities.
