Michael Ell, MAcct, FACHE, CEBS
Michael is a senior director of client solutions working to achieve high engagement, high satisfaction and retention with employers. In this role, he collaborates with clients and consultants to ensure critical goals are met within their benefit plans.
Prior to joining Employers Health, Michael served the health care industry in numerous roles as an administrator and consultant. His accomplishments include consulting the New Mexico and Oregon Medicaid systems to implement and manage provider cost reporting, overseeing multimillion-dollar community health and tribal healthcare expansion projects, as well as developing the first inpatient geriatric psychiatric hospital unit in the state of Montana.
Michael obtained his bachelor’s degrees in international business and German from Eckerd College, his MBA from the University of South Florida and his Master of Accounting from the University of New Mexico. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and remains active with his local chapter in Phoenix, Arizona. Michael earned his CEBS designation through IFEBP. Before attending college to further his professional career, Michael played soccer in Europe.
