Lisa Sturgill, CPA
As part of the Employers Health accounting team, Lisa Sturgill is responsible for the processing and oversight of the organization’s accounting activities. She works with the CFO to develop a comprehensive budget, coordinates Employers Health’s annual audit and tax return preparation and ensures timely and accurate distribution of member-related, pass-through funds.
Lisa graduated summa cum laude from Walsh University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a minor in Spanish. She became a Certified Public Accountant in January 2015 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of CPAs. Lisa’s previous experience includes over four years in public accounting, where she provided assurance services to clients in the not-for-profit and manufacturing industries.
